Return to Your Spirit:
A Restorative Rainforest Retreat
October 10–16, 2026 · La Fortuna, Costa Rica
7 Days / 6 Nights · Finca Luna Nueva
An Invitation to Reset & Reconnect
This retreat was created as an intentional pause — a space to slow down, restore your nervous system, and reconnect with what supports you most.
Set within the lush rainforest of Costa Rica, Return to Your Spirit blends guided rest, embodied learning, cultural connection, and service to the land.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning grounded, clear, and supported — with tools you can carry into everyday life.
What You’ll Experience:
Daily time for rest, reflection, and integration
Guided meditation, yoga, and restorative practices
Applied Energy Self-Regulation training
A guided energetic initiation (Reiki-based)
Indigenous-led cultural experiences
Hands-on conservation and reforestation work
Spacious time immersed in nature and community
Applied Energy Self-Regulation
Rather than offering a traditional Reiki Level 1 certification, this retreat includes a grounded training in Applied Energy Self-Regulation.
This experience is rooted in Reiki principles, but focuses on real-world application — helping you learn how to regulate your nervous system, work with your energy in moments of stress, and trust your internal sensing and decision-making.
You’ll still receive a guided energetic initiation; however, the emphasis is on embodiment and integration rather than titles, lineage, or spiritual identity.
The intention is simple: to leave you with tools you can actually use once you return home.
The Setting
The retreat takes place at Finca Luna Nueva, a regenerative eco-lodge nestled in the rainforest of La Fortuna, Costa Rica.
This land supports restoration through its natural rhythms — offering space, beauty, and simplicity that allows the nervous system to soften and reset.
